Silver Glen is governed by a Board of members elected for three-year terms. There are seven board members with one elected president by the elected board members. The president presides over a monthly open meeting to conduct the business of the Coop. A town-meeting is appended to the end of the board meeting for member comments and question. Another closed meeting is held once a month to prepare for the open meeting.
An annual all-member meeting is held in on the first Tuesday in May to conduct important business and to elect new members to the board.
